Text messaging with 425-610-6226 is preferred for same-day logistical communications only (ETA for in person appointments, reminders of calls, etc)
For Urgent matters (requires attention within 3-5 days), please place [URGENT] in the subject line of your email. If you need to draw extra attention to the situation, you may follow up with a text message.
For Emergency matters (sever medication side effects, active aggression situation, injuries, etc), call 425-610-6226, let it ring a few times, then hang up and call again. A double call is my signal that I may need to interrupt what I am doing.
For follow up communications and plan adjustments, scheduled calls are preferred. If a response is likely to take more than 20 minutes due to the complexity or volume of questions, I will request that we put a call on the calendar. There are rare times that I will request an email update due to logistics.
Currently, I do not have a communications assistant or business manager to help with the volume of communications I receive. Due to a lack of colleagues doing the same kind of work in this area, I have a high case load and may sometimes be heavily loaded with requests and therefore response times will be extended.
